The Process
Interview - We will first determine your wants and needs for your web site as well as your likes and dislikes. We will do preliminary fact finding about your business in an effort to help guide us in the right design for you.
Proposal - Based on the interview we will present you with a proposal that will outline the entire process and break down all of the prices for the project. At this point you will be presented with a menu of choices and you determine what pages to keep and which to can.
Domain Name Acquisition - We will produce a list of domain names that are available and purchase the one you choose for you. It will be yours and you will retain all of the rights to it for however long you choose. Please note that there is a finite number of .com listings. We purchase one for you as soon as we have your signed proposal and initial down payment. However, we cannot guarantee that the name you choose will be available at the time of purchase.
Choosing a Design - We will present you with 2 to 3 designs based on our previous discussions. If you do not see one that you like, we will go back to the drawing board until you get one you are pleased with.
Creation - Based on our conversations we will begin to build your web pages. Please be prepared to send us any brochure and information flyers that you currently use to tell us about your business. We will compose it in a readable and pleasing manor, but you must supply all content. You will be able to visit your new web site during this time and send feed back to us on any changes that might be needed.
Publication - Once you ok the design and content we will publish the pages for you. We will include meta tags that will make it easier for today's spiders and web bots to find you pages for the major search engines. Some search engines encourage you to pay them to be listed higher on their results pages. If this is your desire, we can work with you as a liaison for an additional price.
Maintenance - The one thing that we love about the web and web pages is its fluidity. Creating a web page is not like chiseling in stone. What we post on the page in the morning, we can change that afternoon or any time for that matter. It is a wonderful medium for getting out information. We offer different plans to suit different budgets and needs.
